All About Me
My ultimate goal is to lose 80 pounds by - well, the sooner the better!
In my journey to get fit, I am doing a number of things to help get me there:
I am currently doing different cardio/circuit training programs twice a week along with strength training excercises and yoga.
I also am tracking my calories and fitness through Noom and working to achieve 10,000 steps per day
I am determined to succeed and hopefully not hate it every step of the way :)
